Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies only to physical/paper book orders placed through Unique Books Plus (operated by TechUniqueIIT Solutions LLP). Digital products (ebooks, audiobooks, and summaries) are delivered instantly to your account and are not covered by this policy.

1. Delivery Timeline

Physical book orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently ship within India. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

4. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@uniquebooksplus.com with your order ID, and we will investigate with our courier partner.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical book, report it within 48 hours of delivery to info@uniquebooksplus.com with photos and your order ID, as per our Terms & Conditions (Section 5.4).
