Welcome to Unique Books Plus ("we", "us", "our", "Platform"), a research and digital learning initiative operated by TechUniqueIIT Solutions LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India ("Company", "Legal Entity"). Unique Books Plus brings together doctors, engineers, and researchers under our research division to create original ebooks and curate bestseller book summaries, made available to you through this Platform (https://uniquebooksplus.com). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and all related services, including books, ebooks, audiobooks, and learning resources (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, purchasing any product, or participating in any offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
By registering on, browsing, or making any purchase through Unique Books, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian, to make purchases or create an account.
Unique Books offers physical books, ebooks, audiobooks, free/paid summaries, and other learning resources. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.
From time to time, Unique Books may run limited-time promotional offers, discounts, or sale campaigns through the Platform, social media (including Instagram), email, or other marketing channels.
4.1. All promotional offers are valid only for the duration specified at the time of announcement, or until the Company decides to withdraw or modify the offer, whichever is earlier.
4.2. The Company reserves the sole and absolute right to modify, suspend, disable, or discontinue any promotional offer, discount button, sale link, or campaign at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
4.3. Removal of a promotional link (including but not limited to links shared via Instagram or other social media) or temporary disabling of a purchase/offer button does not entitle any user to claim continuation of that offer or compensation for the expired or withdrawn pricing. This clause does not affect any statutory right you may have to raise a grievance.
4.4. Users are advised to complete their purchase within the active offer period. Once an offer period ends or is disabled, the same pricing or terms will not be honored, regardless of prior communication, screenshots, or shared links.
4.5. Any offer availed through a promotional link is subject to these Terms in their entirety, in addition to any specific terms mentioned at the time of the offer.
5.1. Unique Books offers a 3 (three) day cancellation and return window from the date of successful purchase for ebooks, audiobooks, and digital learning resources, subject to the conditions below.
5.2. Eligibility for return/refund within 3 days:
5.3. Once a return/refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days, and access to the returned content will be revoked from the user's account.
5.4. After the 3-day window, purchases become final and no cancellation, return, or refund will be entertained, except in the following limited cases, subject to verification by our team:
5.5. Any refund request under Clause 5.4 (technical/damage exceptions) must be raised in writing within 7 days of the transaction, along with valid proof (transaction ID, screenshots, etc.). The Company's decision on such requests will be final.
5.6. To prevent misuse of this policy, Unique Books reserves the right to monitor return activity on any account. Accounts found requesting excessive or repeated returns after substantial usage (e.g., more than 3 returns in a 30-day period, or repeatedly returning fully-consumed content) may have their return privileges restricted or suspended, at the Company's sole discretion.
5.7. Promotional or discounted purchases are also covered by this 3-day window, but no cancellation, refund, or compensation will be provided for offers, discounts, or promotional pricing that has itself expired, been withdrawn, or been disabled by the Company before a purchase was completed.
All payments on the Platform are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized third-party payment gateway partner, which supports cards, UPI, net banking, and other digital payment methods. We do not store your full card, UPI, or net banking credentials on our servers — these are handled directly and securely by Razorpay in accordance with applicable RBI and PCI-DSS security standards. Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout, and the total payable amount is displayed before you confirm your payment.
All content on the Platform, including book summaries, audio content, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Unique Books or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
Users agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, share account credentials, or use purchased content for commercial redistribution without written consent.
Unique Books shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses related to expired or discontinued promotional offers.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, the contact details of the Grievance Officer are provided below.
